Private definitions

It would be great if all toplevel definitions could carry some flags (such as private). This way, it would be easier to prevent (accidental) misuse of unsafe extern definitions.

It also serves as documentation and could help as heuristic in improved IDE support (autocompletion, etc.).

Another flag in the future would be export "FFIname"; one common instance of this is main.
