Allow for wide [!multi-column] layout using an option

So I've been using MCC for some time now and I think this tiny feature would be immensely useful, since horizontal space is essential. What I was thinking was adding a modifier to the [!multi-column] callout with a modifier like |note-width that would make the MCC stretch horizontally to the same width as the note. I'm not sure if the readable length setting should be taken into consideration here but that's up to you. Thanks for this awesome snippet! :D

Would be super helpful, if only a [!multi-column] could be wide-page. E.g. [!multi-column|wide] would make the multi column span the whole page. But the rest of the note has its contained/fixed width.

This would allow a better readability of text, but a good appearance of a specific multi-column that needs to be wider.
