Floating Images and Callouts display underneath Minimal's line highlights

When Minimal's 'Highlight Active Line' setting is enabled, that highlight displays in front of floating elements in live preview mode. Eg:

In the callout's case I think it's displaying in front of the colour block and behind the text, though it's a little hard to tell. The images are where it more clearly sticks out as wrong.
