Cache Region & Group/Tagging Support

We are planning to implement Cache regions. Because one tribe can be a group of different apps and basically and mostly no body wants to share all objects with different app instances. With region implementation you will be able to share specific group of cache objects with only desired group of apps.

Also we are planning to implement "Cache Groups/Tags" for managing cache objects as a cluster or sub cluster or group of clusters.

Please let us know, what are your API surface suggestions like Interface/Method signature...
