make ship/truck traceability

make ship/truck uses data from several repos (user_project, caravel, and mgmt_core_wrapper) to create the final caravel/caravan design.

It would be helpful to know what repo commits were used - especially for caravel and mgmt_core_wrapper.

Another suggestion is to record the cksum of the components (before and after modification) to a manifest.
