Hint for internet speed / faster default speed / Increase bandwidth

Makes for less confusion and ensures that people can choose the fastest connection to save time and nerves. I added "(Modem is the slowest and LAN is the fastest.)" and the standard NetSpeed is now instead of 2 -> 3 which means you have now 20000 kpbs instead of 10000 kpbs.
