No Equipment After Using the Toolkit

After using your toolkit for unlocking doors or disabling bombs for example, after putting away the toolkit there is a bug occurs where the operator keeps raising and lowering his hands which prevents him from doing any kind of action including using any kind of equipment and weapons. This mostly occurs when using the M4A1 Carbine.

Is there a way to reliably reproduce this?

You can easily get this bug to appear by defusing bombs and picking doors. The bug appears quite often for me. You can play at the Granite Hotel as there are many locked doors and bombs that requires the use of toolkit.

Verified as an MP-only bug. There's plenty of evidence for it.

I've solve it by removing the automatic re-equip at the end of the qualified use.

it's stupid but it works... so it aint stupid.

I found the source of it. The bulk system is cursed in MP , you should disable bulk checking for qualified time. it worked in FR , no more issues. it must be a de-sync between server and client.
