Steel/Enhanced Body Armor missing?

After the Wolcott Projects mission, you supposedly unlock both the ProArmor Helmet and the Enhanced Body Armor, though when you go to equip the body armor, it isn't there, why is this? SWAT4missingarmor

As v7.1b2, Enhanced Armor has been renamed to Heavy Ceramic Armor I believe.
