Suspects can see through doors if an officer leans

Is there a way to properly test this?

Stand infront of any door with suspects or civilians behind that can see towards the door, lean, everyone notices you. I am unsure if this is due to leaning animations somehow allow your head or body to go through the door. Haven't tested this enough but will see today.

This happens even if you lean into or away from the door
