Auto-detect dialect when connected to a single runtime

  1. Connect to a Babashka runtime.
  2. Edit a file with the .clj extension.

By default, Tutkain says "Not connected to a Clojure REPL". Tutkain could maybe detect that the user is only connected to a Babashka runtime and act accordingly.
