Searching seems to be broken
I'm not sure why I never posted this, but...searching has never worked for me. It seems like I can search something, and hit the button, but it still shows the whole list.

There does appear to be something odd with your query handling, but I'm not quite sure what. I did a few updates on the query handling for the Worldcon 75 programme, but those probably won't help with your problem. Are you compiling KonOpas from source, or using a released version?
Apologies, I don't appear to have much time for KonOpas these days. :/
It does seem to work just fine on the Worldcon site.
I'm just using a released version as far as I know. I've never tried to compile it.
Maybe you'll have more time for such things in, say, september? After August, in any case.

Having the same issue with a clean install of 0.8.0 www.animebanzai.org/konopas
Any fix? Search seems to fail on v. 0.8.0. It just shows everything. http://cfdb.sansfis.org/guide-0.8.0/index.html
Noticed the same with an off-the-shelf installation of the latest version for Finncon 2018. Search always shows the whole program, no matter what you type in the search field.

A bit of extra detail.
Without a tag selected, search seems to not work at all.
But after selecting a tag, I can search for near*far (for instance) on labcats.org/dreamation2018, and search just pulls up the near and far plays. So it seems like search does work in some circumstances, but...not consistently and under all conditions.

I've just pushed out (finally...) version 0.9.0, based on the code that was in use at Worldcon 75 last year. Please let me know if its refactored search works for you.
