openSUSE Tumbleweed AArch64 bit edition and Orca screen reader issue
Dear elite C language developer of this module. I Am visually impaired advanced user with no sight at all and I would like to plea you for The following well. Sure, it will depend on yours good will.
I Am running openSUSE Tumbleweed AArch64 Bit edition on my Android 11 device. I Am executing openSUSE Tumbleweed distribution by using Proot for Termux and Termux terminal. I Am using special variant of Pulseaudio sound server which uses Open sless protocol to send sound samples to The Android corresponding modules to produce sound output. I have used Opensuse official package spiel. Unfortunately. When I want to execute spiel by typing dbus-run-session spiel & Spiel report error that there are no voices. I have installed Espeak for Opensuse and special module called alsa-plugins-pulse. to allow Espeak for Opensuse to speak by using Pulseaudio for Termux. The main difference between standard Linux with real Linux kernel and my specific configuration is Some specific shared memory system calls are not supported. I must execute Mate by typing dbus-run-session mate-session & May be, that I also need to rather initiate spiel by typing dbus-run-session spiel& So Orca will be able to communicate with The Spiel.
Please, do you think, that I have some chance to use spiel on my stricted Userspace variant of Linux< Please let Me know some steps to make spiel to speak by using Espeak for Opensuse AArch 64 Bit edition.
I must detect Espeak and if spiel will speak by using Espeak, I can switch to this speech server by using Orca screen reader preferences dialog window. But if Spiel will not detect voices, I could lose speech. For now I Am using Speech-dispatcher. But Proot And speech-dispatcher produce long time delay even on fast Chromebooks, so I must run older Speech-dispatcher modified and compiled for Termu as a package.
I want to try Spiel to find out, if The speech responsiveness will be faster than while using Speech-ddispatcher. Thank you for your help.
