NodataWarning

Hi, I tried to run the itmlogic routine as it is provided, with exactly the same data/ parameters as in the example, and I get the following warning: rasterstats/io.py:336: NodataWarning: Setting nodata to -999; specify nodata explicitly "Setting nodata to -999; specify nodata explicitly", NodataWarning

And the code crashes. Any advice on how to fix this error?

same for me, but it is a warning and the code doesn't crash
