Two issues with the 3D Vector Plotter

Feedback from a user:

1. When I tried to create an expression for (v1 x v2) x v3, it gave me an error that there are too many operators.

2. I did (v1 x v2) first and the resultant vector was shown. Then, I used show cross product (green) to show the resultant vector. Next, I created v3. When I checked "Add an Expression", the green vector disappeared.

Basically, I want to visualize (v1 x v2) x v3 step by step and compare with v1 x (v2 x v3)
