Improve Caching

Hi, thanks for the article, Just a suggestion maybe we can improve the build time by caching the Downloaded Android Emulator Image and yarn install maybe?

@azizhk I guess you can cache node_modules same as on iOS

I did experiment caching android emulators but the cache restore process was slower for me at that time. Will experiment with this again.
