how to get HDB reference

The example on the github page doesn't show how to get a reference to HDB. Do I need a require for that?

This project is pretty much abandoned. I suggest you to look for something else or feel free to fork this. I haven't even tried to compile it with the latest node.js for a long time. To answer your question, maybe test/async.js will help.
