improve error message when no profile is available

There can be >1 reason why no VPN profile is available:

1. The user does not have the required permission for any of the available profiles;
2. The VPN client does not support the protocol(s) offered by the server
3. Potential future other reasons

A more generic "No profiles available" with detailed information in log might be better.
