idea: Disable and re-enable the dGPU which can keep the apps active

I've been doing this instead lately and it appears to work:

Get-PnpDevice -Class "Display" | Where-Object Manufacturer -eq "NVIDIA" | Disable-PnpDevice -Confirm:$false
Get-PnpDevice -Class "Display" | Where-Object Manufacturer -eq "NVIDIA" | Enable-PnpDevice -Confirm:$false

It seems to be a lot simpler and doesn't result in the apps being stopped.
