unable to update the assignments starter code repository link, getting

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://classroom.github.com/classrooms/43291578-codecool-global/group-assignments/tic-tac-toe-python/settings
  2. Click on 'Add starter code' (it will show 'repository deleted')
  3. Paste: 'CodecoolBase/tic-tac-toe'
  4. Click 'Update assignment'
  5. See 500 error

Expected behavior Assignment is updated, no error shows up

Hey @maciejjankowski We were having some issues a couple of weeks ago due to GitHub.com outages, is this working for you now?
