Pagination in unlinked users goes to "All students"

Clicking on page two on 'unlinked GitHub accounts' in the roster lands on the "All students" page (on the first page): https://classroom.github.com/classrooms/60368672-appliedml2020-classroom-1/roster?unlinked_users_page=2

Clicking on "unlinked GitHub accounts" again goes to the desired page (page 2 of unlinked users), but this is somewhat confusing.
