Investigate a streamlined, custom flow for creating a new organization for Classroom

Rather than having users go through the existing new organization flow on dotcom, we'd like to explore a pared-down version that presents the following:

• Organization name
• Corporate ToS
• poss. .edu email

Update Nov 1 2019:

We discovered that users in OFAC locations are directed through this signup path and we'd like to direct Classroom users who want to create a new organization down this same path. Combined with the redirects, we hope to be able to stem the biggest pain points in the onboarding process.
