We got this running using ruby 2.6.3. At the moment 2.6.4 is not present in the actions environment. But should land soon. 🎉

I wonder if we can leverage https://docs.knapsackpro.com/2019/how-to-run-rspec-on-github-actions-for-ruby-on-rails-app-using-parallel-jobs and get parallel tests working again?
