LTI Integration: Teachers and TA showing up in roster

There have been reports of teachers importing rosters that include themselves and TA's.

Current LMSs experiencing this problem:

• Moodle
• Canvas

Seems like the request we are making to grab the Student and Learner role is not working.

A quick fix could be to just iterate through the response we get again to remove users that we don't want.
