how to use tracking.js library in ionic/cordova application

When i tested this library on webview it's working fine... but when i implemented withing my ionic/cordova app it stopped to working.

2. Camera not working

for camera im using ezar.videooverlay plugin but then face recog. not working

I can make it work by using the site, but not in a Ionic app as well. Did anyone succeed on that?
