Don't show changes in PR body

We can specify pullRequestBody in config but it still shows the field and content in the PR body. This is an issue when the content is big because PR body cannot exceed 65536 characters. Therefore creating a PR results in an error. IMO - We should be able to control full content of PR body from config file. The fields and content may be included as placeholders. OR add an option in config file to include md table in PR body
