Could you add the Hacktoberfest topic to the repo?

I'd like to make a PR (don't wanna describe it yet). It's a quality of a life change, non breaking, fairly small heh. But I figured with hacktoberfest coming up, I'd like it to count toward the coveted t-shirt. Let me know if not. I'll probably still do it, just later lol
