Port to Extjs 4

I ported this extension to work with Exjs 4. Changed names to follow convention and use the class loading system. Fixed error when grid have an actions column (no dataIndex). Also modified the button to allow auto detection of component it exports and simplified the rendering process. Will not work in previous ext versions...
