I do not know how to catch the problem, I try to remove the Summary-Details and it's the same.

I do not know how the HTML/DOM rendering works on tab cycling.

given that there are other places in the GUI where a similar "keyboard tab gets stuck" problem occurs ... I don't think that this is specific to summary details.
