The purpose of this repo is, according to the description:

Nix expressions for proprietary software

but we have proprietary software in nixpkgs. So i don't see why these should be an exception.

There are some -bin packages in nixpkgs and another option is NUR.

So i think it makes sense to close this repo and move everything of worth to a better known place.

There is no blender-bin in nixpkgs, is there? As today not even blender 3.4.1
