IDMP-735 - Add preliminary mapping of Commons, LCC, and MVF to BFO

In order to map the IDMP-O ontology to the emerging Pistoia process and clinical operations ontologies, a mapping to the Basic Formal Ontology is needed.

This mapping will necessarily include a number of elements at the top level under entity or continuant due to more narrow definitions of concepts such as role in BFO, but will facilitate planned mappings.
