tmuxline not inheriting airline colors when mode changes

When I change from Normal to Visual or to Insert modes, the tmuxline does change it's colors automatically to match those of the airline colors.

They do match if i set :Tmuxline airline_insert inside vim for example

How can I make the tmuxline change colors automatically?
