You're right that one point is no longer on the graph, the function is indeed sloppy to define the axes (it worked for yeast8 [Supplementary Figure 4C](https://static-content.springer.com/esm/art%3A10.1038%2Fs41467-019-11581-3/MediaObjects/41467_2019_11581_MOESM1_ESM.pdf): ![image](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/7326655/190260681-4e27ce6d-eb40-4830-8161-9bb76368b483.png) but the...

There are two different changes on biomass: 1. Scaling the ratio of macromolecules, as N-limited conditions have somewhat different levels (proteins most significant: 29% ([ref](https://doi.org/10.1006/mben.2001.0181)) instead of 46% ([ref](https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2405471217300881)). 2....

Regarding your second comment: biomass composition is indeed not scaled as an effect of anaerobiosis, only as an effect of N- vs. C-limitation. And indeed, biomass composition varies somewhat anyway,...

Mea culpa, I completely missed that line. You're right, it indeed reverts the changes that were earlier introduced for N-limitation. Quick fix is to just swap these biomass-modifying functions around...

Workflows that end with committing a file ([`memote_release`](https://github.com/SysBioChalmers/yeast-GEM/blob/3be6d1cb4e65e7245ed58acca904b8222a3abae1/.github/workflows/memote_release.yml) and [`memote-history`](https://github.com/SysBioChalmers/yeast-GEM/blob/3be6d1cb4e65e7245ed58acca904b8222a3abae1/.github/workflows/memote-history.yml)) occassionally fail at that last step. This seems to be related to multiple workflows running simultaneously. Rerunning a failed workflow...

If TQ1 is directly reduced by complex I, should `MAR06500` not also involve translocation of protons?

Sounds indeed reasonable! Regarding the number of protons being pumped, would that still be the same (4 for complex I and 4 for complex III), or would that depend on...

Implemented in #168 and #180, further related discussion on location of custom files, functions and scripts in #187.

@johan-gson Instead of having to set the correct `ModelAdapter` as parameter for running particular functions, is there not a way that this can be set as some global variable, so...
