Enchancing cargo test

I think it would be great if we parsed the cargo test output to determine which tests failed and put them in the problems panel. It would be extremely useful to easily navigate to tests that failed.

Cool! I will implement it when I get back from holiday. Any useful tips? I ask as I have not written any VS Code extensions before.

That would be great, a big +1!! @jaupe I'll be quite busy but I can help you a little if you have something small. :) I have never written a VS Code extension either (basically, nothing in Node.JS)
