I added the ability to modify text alignment, cell and table properties (background and border color, border width). I think this would be useful. I've added type annotations and documentation accordingly. Would love feedback

Is it possible to align the text for cells? As far as I see it's only possible for the full table?

And would it be possible to to add enable/disable feature-flags for the specific properties (i.e. disablie color's)
