README.md specifies uploading non-existent dist folder

Instructions state:

Download to your project's source dir

Upload folder dist from repository Add dist/bundle.js file to your page.

However, there is no dist folder, and no packages or releases available.

you get this folder by installing the node package.. very croocked but works for me
