Support for current Node version(s)?

Hi again. Is there a reason not to support Node 16+? I tried a couple of tests today with Node 18 and didn't run into any issues (not really extensive testing, though). Versions 14 and 16 will still be maintained for some time, but having to support version 18 (and optionally newer, if possible) is inevitable, I think. Thanks :)
