Some channels from selected lineup are not visible in channel list configuration

Example: channels 81 - 86 on Dish are visible in the browser but they are omitted from "configure channel list" in zap2epg

Can you let me know what zipcode and lineup? I want to see how it looks on my end.

With the exception of local channels, all of the Dish lineups look the same to me. But you could start with 10023 (Dish US). If you do that in zap2epg, your available choices skip from channel 72 to 99 with nothing in between. But in the browser interface there are several channels in the 80 range for the same lineup. (There are numerous other examples scattered throughout the guide, but this should be sufficient for testing purposes.)
