additions to QA views

Writing this here so I remember:

• [ ] parser that print adds the log info and setting to the QA pages like in fmriprep
• [ ] maybe a link to fmriprep QA pages if they exist, (although it's annoying that they are embedded throughout the outputs (but simlinks that may fail are ok?)
• [ ] for fMRI QA - a plot of T1 inverted * reference image?
• [ ] for fMRI QA - a plot of just the EPI reference with the surfaces
• [ ] for fMRI QA - add optional cleaning (with ciftify_clean_img) before calculating RSN maps
• [ ] for fMRI QA - add link to example good and bad maps
