Proposed changes

  • Add trusted time (ttime) package that uses Roughtime to get a trusted time.
  • Add Roughtime server list to the manifest.
  • Let the Coordinator use trusted time as soon as a manifest with Roughtime servers is set.

Regarding the last point, I'm currently not sure if I got every relevant call to the time package replaced with the trusted time. There are also some calls where I'm not sure if it's worth or needed to replace them.
