Add an Edgehog Device Forwarder service in docker-compose.yml

When paired with an instance of the Device Forwarder, Edgehog supports forwarding functionalities that allow direct cloud-device communication.

This PR adds the needed configuration in the docker-compose.yml file to enable the feature, so that forwarding functionalities are available when trying out Edgehog via docker-compose.
