Packages for Ubuntu 22.04 (Jammy)

Just installed a new droplet at Digital Ocean, which comes with Ubuntu 22.04 (Jammy).

Followed instruction at https://www.edgedb.com/install#linux-debianubuntults and seems like there is no repo for Jammy yet.

This should be fixed in the next wave of releases coming soon. We'll make sure to re-spin 1.x to have a Jammy build as well.
