Audit logging

The UI is great for allowing our team to directly interact with data, but we currently don't have a way to log user activity that occurs inside the UI which is important for cyber security posture and incident response. Something very simple like the user + any edgeql that is run simply spit out to stdout would be phenomenal and let us take it from there.
