Additional client settings expand button can be easy to miss

The button to expand additional client settings is far away from the client settings button itself and can be easy for users to miss if they don't know to look for it:

Clicking on the "Client Settings" button triggers a nice animation that draws your eye to the bar, but it may still be easy to overlook the green expansion button on the far right, especially on the first click of "Client Settings" since it takes a bit for settings to load and the green button is not visible until some time after the animation fires.

Would it make sense to move the green button to the left-hand side of the bar, or maybe to place it next to the "Client Settings" button? Maybe @shougan could weigh in on this?

Let's move the expand button to the left side, and use up arrow instead of cross icon to close Figma

Minor related note: On nightly (3.0-dev.7281+ca1c589) in Local UI the green button does not appear when viewing 'Dashboard' or 'Schema'.
