--target deno not working correctly

As determined in this discord thread: https://discord.com/channels/841451783728529451/849377751370432573/1141325383640285225 when generating the edgeql-js folder with the --target deno parameter the generated code doesn't work but when the --target deno is removed everything works fine

The expected behaviour is that it works not only when it automatically detects a deno environment but also when I explicitly say it's deno with the parameter.

I'm running: Edgedb 3.2+bb17a05 EdgeDB CLI 3.4.0+160d07d Deno 1.36.1 v8 11.6.189.12 typescript 5.1.6 OS: PosOS 22.04
