Support Sentry and other OTEL-compatible platforms.

I'm curious what the existing auto-instrumentation with Node provides considering we are using fetch internally. Definitely lots of opportunity to add more detail and specifics, but I want to get a sense for what level of integration we need to implement in order to add value beyond what gets generated already.
