Make it easier to copy a query out of the REPL

Writing queries in REPL then copying into actual code is a common use case. Currently copying a query on macOS also includes the ...... at the start of the line. It would be nice if those characters weren't copiable. If that's not possible, perhaps a \copy directive to copy the last query?
