Windows support post-rename

We need to ensure that the WSL support is correctly hooked up with the newly renamed product.

This may include:

  • Renaming the WSL distribution and checking for both names
  • Installing the correct executable names
  • Other items?

I suspect this issue was mostly created to note clean-up actions, but it seems there are significant issues with Windows instances of the Gel CLI. The IDE plugins and wrapped instances of the CLI are completely broken on Windows. Running the CLI directly from the console appears to work, but the entire DX experience has been completely destroyed on Windows.
