Thanks for the info. We're testing PKI in a container so we might need to use a third-party library like this: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/29556879/is-it-possible-change-date-in-docker-container

These changes have been implemented in v11.8 branch so I'll close this PR, but there are some issues still being fixed (see PR #5164). Thanks!
