I really like the idea of adding Wikidata about the *subject* of a bench. But, as jbray1 says - most of them are for people without Wikipedia bios. I wonder...

I think that is because someone else has edited them (either logged in or anonymously). So they get to "claim" it. An imperfect system, to be sure! Will check at...
