List of outbound links

Attached files are listed in the table of contents (on the right of the main content), but sometimes we'll e.g. link to arXiv rather than attaching a paper. Then if I tell you 'it's linked in thread T', you have to look through the whole thread to find the link. (I guess you could search for links in the developer console if you're familiar with it.)

I propose having a list of outbound links in the thread displayed somewhere.

• [ ] List of links outside Coauthor
• [ ] List of links to other messages in Coauthor (outside this thread)
• [ ] List of links from other messages in Coauthor (like Github issues do) -- this will require caching incoming links within each message
